TrafficCentral™-Traffic Exchange Priority Levels

The Traffic Allocation by Priority Level

The exclusive Patent Pending technology that the TrafficQC Traffic Exchange is built upon has a specialized feature that utilizes many factors to make ad distribution fair to all members. The criteria used is based on the member's level of participation in both the Traffic Exchange and the Banner Exchange, the Credits in the members account, the number of sites in the member's account conforming to TrafficCentral guidelines, and the content of the Member's site.Taking these factors into consideration, the system (or system operators) determine the ad distribution "priority level"of each site.

All sites start out at the Consumer level of participation.Based on the measures taken by the member, the site may increase its priority level according to the following guidelines. If,at any time, the member feels that his/her priority level is incorrect,(s)he can notify the administrator via email and request an adjustment. We will use our best efforts, discretion, and judgment in determining how well a Member's site fits in with other members' sites in a specific Priority Level, and we will attempt to place every Member's site at the highest possible Priority Level, following the guidelines below. Your Priority Level will change over time as members' sites change and we adjust the Priority Levels accordingly.

Inactive-Level 0-Sites in a non-approved or inactive state. This can happen if you fail to keep your Member data current. For example, you move your website to a different domain name or you change the location of your Banner. You must update your account by logging into the Customer Back Office located on the Sites. If you fail to do so and either your website or your Banner does not display properly when the Technology attempts to display it to a human visitor, your site will be moved to Level 0-Inactive Priority.Sites that are malfuntioning, contain illegal or hate information,or have questionable content will never receive approval and will always remain at Inactive status. All malfunctioning, questionable content,or illegal sites in a Member's account will be deactivated or immediately terminated without warning. Once a site has remained at Inactive status for a period of 30 days,TrafficCentral has the right to remove the site from its database. This level is also used for admin use.

Consumer-Level 1 -Gratuitous level of traffic-This is the level you are placed at if you Purchase traffic or Banner impressions. In other words, your website pages do not participate in TrafficQC advertising by placing the Visitor Multiplier Code ("VMC") and Banner Exchange Code ("BEC") on your website page(s) and you only consumes traffic or Banner impressions and do not produce traffic or Banner impressions for TrafficQC.Usually, this type of site has purchased advertising from TrafficQCand possibly from other sources. It is also possible that this type of site is an affilate link which the TrafficQC Member cannot change. If that is the case,TrafficQC has a solution for you! Member-Level 2-Normal level of traffic-You have set up a Member Profile at TrafficQC but have not purchased any traffic or Banner impressions from TrafficQC.Your site does not contain either the VMC or BEC,nor does it appear to have other external sources of advertising.Basically your site is neutral from an advertising Presentation perspective when viewing the site.

Associate-Level 3-Improved level of Traffic and Participation-You have set up a Member Profile at TrafficQC and least one URL listed in that Profile includes either the VMC or BEC.This means that your site has at least one of the Navscreen™ series of Codes or the Banner Exchange Code embedded on a URL listed in your profile, thereby contributing some to TrafficQC traffic generation or Banner impression inventory.

Producer-Level 4 -High level of Traffic and Participation-You have set up a Member Profile at TrafficQC and at least one URL listed in that Profile includes BOTH the VMC and the BEC.This means that your website is Navscreen™ Enabled and the page that is Navscreen™ Enabled also contains the TrafficQCBEC,but you have no advertising for any other traffic exchange or Banner exchange on that page.

Director-Level 5-Very High level of Traffic and Participation-You have set up a Member Profile at TrafficQC and at least one URL listed in that Profile includes BOTH the VMC and the BEC AND,although the TrafficQC code is your primary advertising mechanism, the page containing the VMC and the BEC also contains some form of advertising from another exchange or system, allowing you to contribute qualified, quality traffic from other exchanges and systems.Other forms of quality advertising on your site your site are encouraged!*

Director II-Level 6-Highest level of Member Traffic and Participation-You have set up a Member Profile at TrafficQC and at least one URL listed in that Profile includes BOTH the VMC and the BEC AND,although the TrafficQC code is your primary advertising mechanism, the page containing the VMC and the BEC also contains some form of advertising from another exchange or system, allowing you to contribute significantly (for example, the URL listed in your Profile that is Navscreen™ Enabled and contains the BEC also contains code for another traffic exchange AND for another Banner exchange) with qualified, quality traffic from other exchanges and systems.Other forms of quality advertising on the sites are encouraged!*

Exchange-Level 7-Reserved exclusively for contributing traffic exchanges with dedicated, quality data feeds to and from TrafficQC's traffic mixer.

NOTE: These policies may change to ensure successful quality operation of this exchange, and may change without notice of any kind.We reserve the right to convert or modify the exchange ad delivery technology to combat and/or meet the ever growing opposition to display ads on websites.

WARNING: Customers who remove TrafficQC VMC or BEC from their sites without notifying TrafficQC risk losing all ad Credits in their account if they do not notify TrafficQC of the changes. This policy is to help prevent customers from temporarily adding TrafficQC VMC or BEC to their sites to get improved traffic and then remove it without appropriate adjustments at TrafficQC.

*WARNING: NO AutoSurf Allowed! Any site within the TrafficCentral Network,no matter what Priority Level your site is at,may not participate in any other exchange type that has any form of AutoSurf Enabled. AutoSurfs are defined as any script, system, piece of software,or technological discovery that initiates browser views or simulated website views of web pages,or any form of auto-pilot surfing which causes the number of Credits in any advertiser's account to change which causes the number of Credits in any advertiser's account to change without human involvement or intervention. In otherwords,AutoSurfs can include, but are not limited to,any type of browsing that does not require human involvement in the form of physical interaction with the computer between views,or where a web page can be left open and automatically refreshed without human intervention or physical stimulation,or by any other technology that bypasses a human being's involvement in the process of changing the number of Credits in any advertiser's account.
